Growing up in Europe, city breaks from small towns like ROVINJ to bigger cities like BUCHAREST where just a matter of hours away. Something I scattered among most weekends as I moved into adult life, with the close proximity to home, cheap flights and the ease of travel and public transport within the continent. I remember the first time seeing the tiled streets, lined with orange tress in ANDALUSIA, the -20 temperatures exploring the outdoors markets in RIGA at Christmas, the Renaissance art and splendour of FLORENCE, the emerald coves off the beaten track in ISTRIA and the sweeping flower markets bursting over the canals in AMSTERDAM.
This continent has something for everyone, from adventure to relaxation, every kind of cuisine you could imagine as well as itenaries to suit every budget.

A place I've returned to over and over again, Croatia is a nature lovers dream and easily one of the most naturally beautiful countries in Europe. Magical islands and jewel coloured shores, ancient walled cities and spectacular national parks, its hard not to fall in love with this incredibe part of the Mediterranean. You'll find yourself swimming through waterfalls before you know it.

A lesser travelled region, yet full of life from its crystal clear waters in the Soca River Valley to the green peaks of the Julian Alps, Slovenia is an extremely underrated part of Europe often overlooked by its neighbours Italy and Croatia. This is a country not to miss. Spend a weekend in Lake Bled or maybe check out the small coastal town of Piran and dive into some fresh seafood on the harbour front. Whatever you do make sure not to miss it!

A small, green but mighty set of countries, quaint in style and eccentric in it's ways. You can't go to Europe without sampling a little slice of the UK. Take in the chalk coast lines of Southern England, with some fish and chips and a pint of local ale along the way, walk the different burrows of London to see the clash of old and new and every culture alike, hike the highlands of Scotland or maybe partake in the yearly cheese toss in Somerset (don't ask) The UK is a land like no other.
